Confirmed rank sequence
Villager, Yeoman, Citizen, Envoy, Consul, Ambassador, Governor, Chancellor, Viceroy and Regent are the ten names recorded by the official achievement page. The existence of a name does not reveal how the rank changes map rules, economy, scoring or rewards.

Use the same two guilds, comparable island shape and documented progression state where possible. Record failed runs as well as wins. A modifier should be treated as confirmed only after the text or behavior is repeatable and its patch is known.
